The warm welcome from the family made for a delightful stay. The spacious and spotless room featured incredibly comfortable beds, perfect for restful nights. Breakfast was impressive, with the full English served hot and plentiful—especially the perfectly poached eggs and locally sourced sausage. Despite being fully booked, the hosts were accommodating and friendly, exemplifying great hospitality.

Noise from outside was noticeable during the night, especially with single glazed windows. revellers walking past could wake you up with late-night chatter around 3-4 AM. The room size felt cramped with barely any space left after fitting a double bed, and the bathroom offered little room to maneuver, which might not suit everyone. On top of that, there were some cleanliness concerns like dust on surfaces and dead batteries in the TV remote.

I had a cozy stay with a kettle and bottled water in my room, which really made me feel at home. There’s a lovely garden to relax in and a quiet lounge area to unwind after a busy day. The only downside was the stairs, but that just gave me a little more exercise! 🌼

I visited Thetford for a short getaway and was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely shower that included grab bars and a bench seat, which was very accommodating given my disability. The breakfast was a delightful full English, and the owners took the time to chat and learn about my visit, which added a personal touch I really appreciated.

Had an awesome getaway with my friends! We visited the ancient ruins and explored the local market. The family running the place was super friendly, and the room was cleaner than most hotels. Breakfast was freshly made with local ingredients, and the view from our room was lovely.
The bed was a bit firm for my taste, but that's just my preference and won't stop me from coming back.

The single room was small but super comfy. I loved the clean sheets and that there was fresh milk for my tea! The ensuite shower was great, too, and I appreciated having a luggage holder to keep my suitcase out of the way. Only downside was that the space felt a bit tight with my bag piled up. a cozy place to crash after exploring Thetford.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated the quick service at breakfast, which ensured we started our day without a long wait.
I found the lack of soundproofing to be a minor distraction.

Charming place with cozy vibes
Had a lovely stay while exploring Thetford! The owners were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was nice, filled with yummy options. My room could’ve used a bit of a makeover, but it was comfy and clean. The street noise was a bit much at times, but not too crazy. Free parking was a bonus!
